Hontiveros to return to LA for Dr. Jose Rizal rites

Philippine Senator Risa Hontiveros will return to Los Angeles on Sunday (June 23) to lead a wreath-laying ceremony in Carson City to celebrate the birthday of Dr. Jose Rizal, a Filipino national hero.
